Well, I love breakfasting. I truly adore mornings and if I could, I would sit at the breakfast for 3 hours and more. Every day. I tend to eat a lot (I'll get back to it very soon), but recently I have fallen in love with these pancakes. They're simple and quick to make.
For one serving (makes about 5 pancakes) you need:
- 1 egg
- 1,5 table spoon of all-purpose flour
- 3 table spoons of milk
- half tea spoon of baking powder
- pitch of salt
Separate the egg. Mix the yolk, flour, milk and baking powder in one bowl, until the mixture is smooth. Whisk the whites with the salt until stiff. Carefully mix into the batter.
Fry the pancakes on nonstick pan (even though I put a little bit of butter to melt on the pan). Couple of minutes is fine, the pancakes should be golden brown.
I serve them with bacon and maple sirup. Yummy!
